When we first created Maple four years ago, we tasted maple syrup from every corner of Vermont (and we were not mad about it). Ultimately we chose an extra dark, organic syrup from Washington, Vermont. Paired with a pinch of our locally harvested sea salt + just a hint of organic cinnamon, we are pretty sure it's fall in a bottle.
