The Ritual of Breakfast

We believe in the power of rituals. Not just routines (though those are useful too). But in slowing down, being mindful and doing things that are good for us, again and again. It might be a morning meditation. A Tuesday afternoon yoga class. A walk after dinner. A Sunday evening bath.

We think that breakfast should be a ritual, too. Not just something we consume hastily while scrolling through our phones, but a meal that we find a few quiet minutes to sit down and enjoy. To prepare our bodies and minds for the day. To treat ourselves well.

It most certainly doesn’t have to be complicated. Our favorite and oh so simple breakfast of the moment is a bowl of Gigi’s Remix (think crunchy cacao nibs, coconut and dark berries) with a hearty pour of our creamy, dreamy Sea Salt + Honey and fresh berries. It takes just a moment to gather and fix, but sets a tone of focus and calm for the day ahead.
