White Chia Pudding

White Chia Pudding

Incorporating organic, pressed almond milk into your weekly and daily rituals is a profound act of self care. While it can be comforting and nostalgic to sip a glass of Vanilla Bean or Sea Salt + Honey, the real beauty (as we see it) is in its versatility. We consider fresh almond milk a kitchen staple. And, an investment in our health.

Daily, we pour ours over granola. Stir it into overnight oats. Swirl it into tea. Blend it with frozen fruit and fresh mint. Whisk it into a batch of Saturday morning pancakes. With something so pure, vibrant and nutrient dense, you truly cannot go wrong.

To help you make the most of your weekly order, we are delighted to begin sharing with you our collection of favorite recipes. Ones that carry us through the day with added energy and glow.

White Chia Pudding

2 cups almond milk (Vanilla Bean or Sea Salt + Honey)
1/2 cup white chia seeds
2 teaspoons raw honey
A dash of cinnamon
A pinch of pure sea salt
Berries (or other seasonal fruit)

Pour almond milk into a blender. Add honey, cinnamon and sea salt. Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds. Add chia seeds and pulse, just to mix. Pour into a glass container and cover. Refrigerate overnight, stirring once or twice if separation occurs. Once it has set, scoop into serving bowls and top with shredded coconut, berries or other seasonal fruit. Makes 2-4 servings.
